Just like how a boxer will train their body to endure the suffering that comes from being hit in the ring, you must become tough to take the blows of life. And that means hardship. Don't wait until you get out in life and then get hit. It's going to knock the wind out of you. Train yourself with self-imposed hardship, whether it’s your diet, emotions, or just getting out of bed on time. Stop with all the excuses and toughen up. Don't give yourself the latitude.
