Motorbreath: It’s How I Live My Life
“Those people who tell you not to take chances, they are all missing on what life’s about.
You only live once so take hold of the chance.
Don’t end up like others the same song and dance.
Motorbreath, it’s how I live my life.
I can’t take it any other way.”
You don’t want to end up like others who never create the life they want. They never go for their goals. They stay where they are in life—forever parked in an abandoned lot.
Someone needs “Motorbreath.” They need to breathe and speak the kind of words that create better things.
Next to thoughts—and sometimes even more so—nothing is as powerful in your own life—for good or bad—than the words of your mouth.
Our words reveal:
* What we believe about ourselves.
* What we believe about life.
* What we believe about our fate & future.
* What we believe about others.
Our words are our way of reinforcing what we most desire.
At first hearing, you might say, “No, that’s not true. Just because I complain about things, or talk negatively, doesn’t mean I want to remain like that.”
I agree, but why would you continue to speak that way if you truly desire something different?
* You speak that way because you’re frustrated.
* You speak that way because you want to place blame on circumstances and people.
* You speak that way because deep down, you believe you shouldn’t have to work that hard.
* You speak that way because you believe you’re a victim.
What you don’t realize is that there’s real power in your words and that they do help to create your reality whether good or bad. As the old saying goes, “You can have what you say.”
And until you realize that your negative speaking is helping to keep you trapped where you are, then you’re going to continue in that negative cycle, and you won’t break free.
The end result is that you’ll blame circumstances and people outside of you, and even worse, you’ll start to believe you’re unique and that the principles of success or personal change don’t work for you.
Then you’re really trapped!
Now imagine what would change if you started to speak positively AND start speaking in a way so as to create a new reality for yourself. This will happen because energy is created by the words of our mouths.
And once you realize the power of words, you’ll start to use them more effectively.
Your thoughts will follow your words, so speaking is how we either reinforce the way we presently believe or help us transform our beliefs.
In this way, words have creative power.
My goal in this series is not simply to try and convince you to stop speaking negatively. It’s even more than just trying to get you to speak positively.
The goal is to shift you into POWER WORDS, and this is a whole different approach to life creation.
