Instability & Mental Health

There are fundamental things you can do for your mental health, ways you can work on your mindset by being more cognizant of the way you process information and form your identity. Sadly, this is something most people don’t do. Signs of this are people who obsessively post selfies, complain online, or fight about politics for example. Basing your identity on the validation of others will eventually go south, leaving you unstable. 


Instead, you should know who you are, what you believe, what you're about, what your goals are, and head in a particular life direction unmoved by fiery trials and the opinions of other people.
