Depression And Deficiency
Oftentimes when you're feeling down and you can't pinpoint the reason for it, that's when the physical, chemical, and physiological issues come in. You haven't got enough sleep, you’re not paying attention to what you eat, and just not getting the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that you need. We tend to make our feeling down something other than it is and not realize that our emotions and mental state are tied directly to our bodies. That's why you can be in a bad mood when you haven't eaten or slept. I would encourage you, just as a general rule, to focus on your diet and exercise. You should be exercising regularly and vigorously. You should be eating as well as you can. Both will also help you sleep better. Improving the state of your body will improve your state of mind.
