A rut is “a habit or pattern of behavior that has become dull and unproductive but is hard to change,” and you’d be surprised at just how many people are stuck in one. In fact, it’s the end result I hear about from most people that follow my pages on social media. They say I helped them to get out of a rut.
What’s the root cause of a rut? As with everything else, the root cause is always in the mind. It’s the habits of thought that we create which eventually appear in our physical life. It’s not that we materialize it. Our thoughts create our behaviors which then create our circumstances.
Therefore, the first rut to get out of is the one in your head!
