One of life’s most common maladies is worry, and no one gets a pass. Whether you’re rich and powerful, or barely have enough to live on, nobody escapes worry. Why? It’s because you can’t control life.
The ancients would say that worry is to “take thought,” and that’s exactly what worry is like. We “take” these worrisome thoughts upon ourselves—they are not forced upon us.
Worry is something we create, and it arises out of the weaker side of ourselves. This is nothing to feel bad about, because we all have them. No matter who you are, life can throw enough hell your way to ravage you with worry!
I took a little time to talk about dealing with worry on a live Facebook broadcast, and people were really touched by it. Like I said, worry touches everyone.
Life is unpredictable, but there are things we can do to prepare ourselves for it. If you’d like to get the upper-hand on your own worry, then check out my Facebook Live video on Dealing With Worry.
