Where is real satisfaction found? Is it found in being wealthy, or in having the ideal career? Is satisfaction found in a relationship? All of these things can add to our happiness, but in and of themselves, they cannot satisfy you.

Yet… people pursue them as if true happiness is found in something outside of themselves.

Guess what, it’s not. Deep and lasting satisfaction cannot come from position, possessions, or a personal relationship. Again, they help, but they are more like “supplements” than the actual meal. True and lasting satisfaction is the end result of two things:

1. Maximizing all that you are as a person (personality, character).
2. Maximizing all that you can do (talents, abilities, interests).

If your life is dedicated to these two pursuits, not only will the other things follow—money, career, relationships—but you’ll discover a deeper sense of fulfillment than you ever thought possible.

THIS is the essence of personal development, and it’s why you must commit yourself to relentless self-improvement.

But first a new mindset needs to be born in you—a “spirit of excellence.” Now when I say, “spirit,” I don’t mean ghostly. By spirit, I mean the “purpose or aim” of your intent. I’m talking about the main motive that drives you to relentlessly improve every area of your life.

That’s what I’m talking about this week in my 5-video series on Having a Spirit of Excellence. This series is being shown in my Life Domination Online Coaching Group, but I always show the first episode of each week’s series on my website. Watch Episode 1 now.

If you’d like to join my Life Domination Online Coaching Group, you can learn about it here. It’s only $19.97 per month, and that provides you access to all the videos—as well as the archives of past teaching series—as well as an invitation to the private Facebook group where the videos are shown.

The best part is that you’ll be in that private group along with me and other committed people just like you. I can’t begin to tell you how encouraging it is. You’ll receive the daily support you’re looking for to help you create your best life.
