We usually think strong emotions like anger are only negative, but that’s not entirely true. In fact, without a healthy rage or anger, we would tolerate a lot of evil in the world. Sometimes, it’s those negative emotions that help us create positive actions!
For most people, nothing changes until they’ve had enough. It’s when things get so bad that they have to finally take action, but why do they wait so long? They’re just too tolerant of something they claim they hate.
If there’s areas of your life that you claim to hate—and want to change—but you haven’t taken the consistent steps to change them, then maybe you’re just not pissed off enough!
