Whenever I do one-on-one coaching, I’ll tell people that I can’t promise real results—not the kind of results they really want—if they’re not willing to go to work on their nutrition and fitness.
If there’s anything I’ve learned after years of health and fitness it’s that so much of what we deal with physically, psychology, and emotionally is directly influenced by what we put in our bodies and what we do with our bodies.
How then can anyone expect to live their best life if they’re not willing to deal with their nutrition and fitness? I can promise you that a lot of what you’re contending with now could be reduced or even alleviated simply by changing your diet and heading to the gym!
I’ve seen people use nutrition and exercise to overcome depression, anxiety, stress, and even chronic, deadly illnesses like cancer and lupus. People have done lesser things as well like building up their immune system, reversing diabetes and losing weight. Simply stated, nothing will change your WHOLE life more than changing your diet and adding regular exercise.
