Whenever I do one-on-one coaching, I’ll tell people that I can’t promise real results—not the kind of results they really want—if they’re not willing to go to work on their nutrition and fitness.

If there’s anything I’ve learned after years of health and fitness it’s that so much of what we deal with physically, psychology, and emotionally is directly influenced by what we put in our bodies and what we do with our bodies.

How then can anyone expect to live their best life if they’re not willing to deal with their nutrition and fitness? I can promise you that a lot of what you’re contending with now could be reduced or even alleviated simply by changing your diet and heading to the gym!

I’ve seen people use nutrition and exercise to overcome depression, anxiety, stress, and even chronic, deadly illnesses like cancer and lupus. People have done lesser things as well like building up their immune system, reversing diabetes and losing weight. Simply stated, nothing will change your WHOLE life more than changing your diet and adding regular exercise.

This is what I’m covering in my new 5-message series Metal Health: Survival of the Fittest. As always, I show the first episode of each week’s series right here for free, but if you’d like to see the rest of this series, as well as access the archives of nearly 700 videos, you can do so by signing up for my Life Domination Coaching Group. It’s inexpensive and easy to do.

My mission is to help equip people to maximize their resources for a purpose greater than themselves. That's what my own mentors and teachers have done for me, and I'm paying it forward. Life can be merciless, and the world can be a messed up place, so what's needed is a stronger people that can both endure and overcome in life. My motto is, "In whatever you do, don't suck! Metal up!"
