What is energy? It’s “the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.” Does that sound like something you need more of? When we get burnt out, fatigued, or tired, it’s usually in the combination of physical, mental, and emotional areas.
To remedy this, people drink lots caffeine or indulge in some other type of pseudo energy booster, but we know these things are not healthy or lasting. Is there a better way? Absolutely.
Let me say at the outset that I will NOT suggest you just “think positive.” Yes, what you think or meditate upon can affect your energy, but I’m talking about increases in real, physical energy. If can get that established, the mental is much easier.
Four Areas of Personal Energy
