There’s one thing you can’t escape that no one really talks about. There’s something that we all have to continually face that will test our frustration and anger. It’s waiting and being patient.

Not a sexy subject, eh? Maybe you’d rather we talk more about something that puts cash in your pocket, helps you lose weight, or do better with the opposite sex. Well, guess what? You and I need to learn more about the grueling aspects of life like learning patience.

BUT, when I say, “patience,” I’m NOT referring to tolerance! They are two different things, and I’m not going to waste your time talking about how you can learn to put up with the bullshit in life. I’m going to talk to you about patience!

Haven’t you heard the phrase, “Patience is a virtue?” Exactly! Patience is a desirable moral quality that helps you transform your life. And like any other virtue, it must be developed.

You’ve probably also heard the phrase about how you can, “Lose your patience.” Exactly! If patience can be lost, then patience can be gained, and that’s what we want to achieve in this new 5-message series on Patience & Waiting.
