Despite what other “motivational” gurus might tell you, life is going to keep bringing you bad days, difficult seasons, and trying times. It’s inevitable. That’s why I constantly tell people, “You must commit yourself to personal development. Why? It’s because of what’s coming!”

And if I had to reduce personal development, or self-improvement, down to a single item, it would be creating personal strength, and that’s achieved by developing a strong mind.

How Do You See Life’s Resistance?

It’s the “tough-minded” that overcome in life, because it’s the tough-minded that see life’s resistance as making them stronger. The weak-minded see life’s resistance as a “message from the universe” that it’s time to give up, quit, and make peace with mediocrity.

Therefore, if I had one to thing to help develop in your life it would be making you tough-minded. My sole focus would be helping you to become mentally certain about yourself, your potential, and the amount of “fight” you have in you.

How Much Fight Do You Have in You?

Here’s a truth for you: it’s not how much any of us have to fight against. It’s how much fight we have within us. Everyone has to face bad days and bad seasons—some worse than others—but the difference is found in the outcome. The one who prevails is not necessarily the one who has greater resources. The one who prevails is the one with the stronger mind.

That’s what I’m covering this week in my new 5-message series Tough-Minded: What It Takes to Beat Life. This is all being shown in my Life Domination Online Coaching Group, but I always show the first episode of each week’s series right here for free. Watch Episode 1 of Tough-Minded below.

If you’d like to join the Life Domination Online Coaching Program, you can learn about it here. It’s only $19.97 per month, and that provides you access to all the videos—as well as the archives of past teaching series—as well as an invitation to a private Facebook group where the videos are shown.

The best part is that you’ll be in that private group along with me and other committed people just like you. I can’t begin to tell you how encouraging it is. You’ll receive the daily support you’re looking for to help you create your best life.
