Stop Wasting Time

The only thing you can’t control is time. It waits for no one, and it sheds no tear for those who waste it and beg for more. Time is indifferent to how it’s used, and it only honors those who honor it. Use your time to be productive, and time will reward you with increase and success. Use your time to sit mindlessly in front of television and time will reward with you unpaid bills, failure, and delayed dreams.

Time can be used for good, or it can be used for evil. Time can be spent for getting the best out of your life, or it can be used for destroying your life. The choice is completely yours as to how you’ll take advantage of one of life’s better rewards.

How much time are you wasting? There’s a simple way to find out. Spend the next seven days keeping a log of how you spent your time. Do it hourly. At the end of the week—if you’re brutally honest—you might be surprised at how much time you wasted. It’s okay to kick back and use your time to chill out, hang out, or get a little crazy, but “killer” time management could put you ahead in getting what you really want—AND, better time management will eventually reward YOU with more time!
