Metal is the Enemy of your weakness

If you’ve listened to metal for any length of time, you already know that it won’t compromise with weakness. That’s because metal is intolerant. It resists the notion of backing down. It opposes a willingness to take the second seat, and it mocks any one whose first response to difficulty is to say, “I can’t.”

Does all of this sound too harsh? It shouldn’t. Achieving the best in life means adopting an attitude more uncompromising than the one you presently have. To do that means destroying all excuses, because excuses are the way in which we give ourselves permission to suck. That attitude doesn’t fly in any military boot camp, and it doesn’t fly if your calling is to “metal up” for success.
